ShareRoot was co-founded by Marc Angelone and Noah Abelson-Gertler in February 2013 in a garage on the back streets of Berkeley, CA. Both Marc and Noah were initially focussed on helping brands advertise and access customers on Pinterest.
As a participant of 500 Startups Batch 8, ShareRoot attracted series A investment and developed a number of digital marketing tools that lay the foundations for a competitive suite of digital marketing solutions.
Since then, the company has been innovating and growing within the rapidly evolving digital ecosystem.
ShareRoot listed on the Australian Stock Exchange in December 2015 and continued to expand its global footprint and service capabilities with the acquisition of The Social Science (April 2018) and Ludomade (November 2018).
This year we shifted our HQ from San Francisco to Melbourne and re-strategized to focus on health and life sciences, investing in artificial intelligence and digital tools to expand research and development pipelines, leveraging of the market position of The Social Science.
Under the stewardship of a new Chief Executive, Michelle Gallaher, ShareRoot is positioning itself as a major player in the global digital healthcare sector by harnessing the potential of real-world data and evidence to guide the development of novel therapeutics and clinical practice.
